Double Slice, Two-Weapon Fighting and Multiweapon Fighting all have a Dex prerequisite, which you RAW need on your true/primary body to take the feats. The synthesist uses the eidolon’s base attack bonus, and gains the eidolon’s armor and natural armor bonuses and modifiers to ability scores.
The synthesist gains the eidolon’s hit points as temporary hit points. Your eidolon gains no feats of its own, so when you fuse with it, it’s relying on your feats to succeed in combat. However, while wearing your Eidolon, any personal Dex investment is wasted.
